PURPOSE: A vibration isolating device is provided to improve the durability and reliability through reducing the distortion affecting a small diameter portion. CONSTITUTION: A vibration isolating device comprises an elastic member(4), a top plate(2), a bottom plate(3), and a reinforcing member(8). The elastic member is composed of the hollow cylindrical form and comprises a small diameter portion(5), a first large diameter portion(6), and a second diameter portion(7). The top plate is fixed in a vibration isolating object. And the bottom plate is fixed in a body frame. The inner diameter of the first large diameter portion is expanded into the top plate direction from the small diameter portion gradually and the inner diameter of the second large diameter portion is expanded into the bottom plate direction from the small diameter portion gradually. The reinforcing member is installed in the inner side of the small diameter portion.
