Disclosed is an organic photoelectric conversion device including a pair of electrodes, at least one of which is transparent or semi-transparent, and an organic layer arranged between the electrodes and containing a conjugated polymer compound and a sulfur-containing heterocyclic compound, wherein the sulfur-containing heterocyclic compound has a condensed polycyclic structure or a bithiophene structure.
