PURPOSE: An integrated complex blasting mat and a blasting method using the same are provided to ensure convenient transport and installation of a blasting mat and prevent the flying of crushed rock and noises. CONSTITUTION: An integrated complex blasting mat comprises a supporting unit(10) made of reinforcing bars, an elastic member(20) which is located on the top of the supporting unit to reduce noises and absorb impact in blasting, non-woven fabric(30) which is located on the top of the elastic member to absorb noises, a steel plate member(40) which is located on the top of the non-woven fabric, a covering member(50) which is located on the top of the steel plate member, a joint unit(60) which fixes the supporting unit, the elastic member, the non-woven fabric, and the steel plate member, and a hanging unit(70) for connection of blasting mats.
