摘要 PURPOSE: An interior material for building is provided to improve flame retardance, not to occur harmful gas, to be able to be recycled, and to be manufactured by low cost. CONSTITUTION: An interior material for building is manufactured by mixing 48.8-54.3 parts by weight of urea resin mixture, 45-55 parts by weight of lime powder, and 0.7-1.2 parts by weight of inorganic pigment. The urea resin mixture consists of 62-67 wt% of urea resin, 30-35 wt% of pulp or cellulose, 0.5 wt% of stearic acid, and 0.1 wt% or less of formaldehyde. A manufacturing method of the interior material for building comprises: a step of mixing the urea resin mixture, lime powder and inorganic pigment, and a step of press-molding the mixture by putting into a mold heated to 160-170 °C by using hot press method with the pressure of 300 ton for 1 minute.
