PURPOSE: A kit for analyzing prostate cancer containing antibody or aptamer which specifically binds to resistin protein is provided to early diagnose prostate cancer. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing prostate cancer or determine prognosis of prostate cancer contains an antibody or aptamer which specifically binds to resistin protein, a nucleotide sequence encoding resistin protein, and complementary sequence or fragment of the nucleotide. A sample is tissue, cell, blood, serum, or plasma of human. The kit is an immunoassay kit.
