PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for automatically generating parameters of a satellite operational procedure are provided to automatically generate parameters fitted to each satellite based of property information and transformable formulas. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus and a method for automatically generating parameters of a satellite operational procedure comprises a parameter extraction part(130), a transformable formula extraction part(135), and a calculating part(140). The parameter extraction part extracts parameters matching to a satellite operational procedure. The transformable formula extraction part extracts transformable formula matching to the extracted parameters. The calculating part calculates the values of the parameters by using property information requiring for satellite missions and the extracted transformable formula.
