A flexible circuit board built in a mobile terminal and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to remarkably enhance a communication reception sensitivity of the terminal. A flexible circuit board includes a center layer(22) with plural circuit patterns formed thereon, in which a copper film is deposited on both surfaces of the center layer to have a certain thickness, connection patterns(25) formed on both ends of the other surface of the center layer, and a sealed pattern(27) deposited between the connection patterns. The sealed pattern is deposited on a portion of the copper film which is etched. The sealed pattern is formed on a certain region of the connection pattern to electrically connect with the connection pattern.
