PURPOSE: A separator for fuel cells and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase tightness and alignment of fuel cells and to shorten manufacturing time. CONSTITUTION: A separator for fuel cells(100) comprises a first channel plate(10), a second channel plate(20), a first gasket(G1), a second gasket(G2), and a third gasket(G3). One side of the first channel plate is composed of reaction side of a first reactive gas channel and the other side is composed of cooling side of a coolant channel. One side of the second channel plate is composed of reaction side of a second reactive gas channel and the other side is composed of cooling side of the coolant channel. The first gasket is formed in edge of the first channel plate reaction side. The second gasket is formed in edge of the first channel plate cooling surface. The third gasket is formed in edge of the second channel plate reaction side. |
