PURPOSE: An anti-sloshing unit and an anti-sloshing apparatus having the same are provided to effectively prevent sloshing of liquid cargo stored in a cargo tank of a ship by multiple buoyancy blocks floating on the liquid cargo, and to connect multiple buoyancy blocks each other with simple and stable connection structure. CONSTITUTION: An anti-sloshing unit comprises a buoyancy block(110) and connection belts(120). The buoyancy block has buoyancy to be floated on liquid cargo stored in a cargo tank. The connection belts are installed on the buoyancy block across the surface of the buoyancy block. Rings are formed in both ends of the connection belts.
