PURPOSE: A terminal using a navigation sensor and control method thereof are provided to flexibly operate a terminal regardless of environment by automatically sensing user environment based on a navigation sensor embedded in the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A navigation sensor(100) outputs signals which determines positions or postures of a terminal. A navigation sensor output calculation unit(110) calculates and outputs signals determines the user environment of the terminal based on the output signals of the navigation sensor. A control unit(120) determines operation states or the termination of a program which is executed in the terminal according to the output of the navigation sensor output calculation unit. The navigation sensor is a gyro or acceleration sensor. A memory unit(130) stores the user environment of the terminal according to the output of the navigation sensor calculation unit. |
