PURPOSE: A dehydration apparatus capable of easily pressing soy milk is provided to enable users to separate bean curd dregs from the soy milk to obtain bean curd. CONSTITUTION: A dehydration apparatus includes a pressing body formed with a duel molded body(3) and a silicon packing(2) for property compressing and dehydrating soy milk. The pressing body is obtained by molding or extruding, and includes a handle(6). The silicon packing for sealing includes plural wings, and is attached to the pressing body.
