PURPOSE: A halogen-free flame-retardant resin composition is provided to satisfies flame retardancy standard, to have excellent physical properties like impact resistance, and not to use halogen based compound, thereby capable of manufacturing an environment-friendly product. CONSTITUTION: A halogen-free flame-retardant resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer of which average particle diameter is 3-10 micron, and 10-25 parts by weight of metal phosphinate compound of which average particle diameter is 10 micron or less. The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer comprises a vinyl aromatic compound, a vinyl cyanide compound, and rubber containing one or more selected from a group consisting of butadiene based rubber, and styrene-butadiene based rubber.
