PURPOSE: An impact absorption heel for footwear is provided, which can absorb impact more flexibly and damp the shock applied to the foot. CONSTITUTION: An impact absorption heel for footwear comprises: a support heel(10) mounted on heel; an expansion and contraction heel(20) inserted and built in an input and output hole of the support heel; a support stand(30) which is extended toward the side through the chamber from the upper side of the support heel; an elastic spring(40) inserted and built in the circumference of the support stand; an elastic diaphragm(50) dividing the chamber into the upper chamber and lower chamber; a bead(60) buffing the elastic force of the elastic spring; and a cushion member(70) mounted on the upper chamber.
