PURPOSE: An OPO(Optical Parametric Oscillator) laser system in a double pumped single resonator is provided to control the intensity of pump light reflecting back to a pump laser by controlling one of the radiation degree of the pump light, the distance between the pump laser and the lens, and a focal distance of the lens. CONSTITUTION: An OPO(Optical Parametric Oscillator) laser system(100) in a double pumped single resonator comprises a pump laser(110), a polarized light splitter(116), a lens(119), and an OPO apparatus(120). The pump laser is composed of a laser back mirror(112), an AOM(Acoustic-Optic Modulator)(113), a load, a rod and diode pumping module(114), and a laser output mirror(115). The pump laser emits pump light. The polarized light splitter divides the pump light into penetrated and polarized pump light and reflected and polarized pump light. The lens concentrates the pump light emitted from the pump laser. The OPO apparatus outputs OPO laser beams by receiving the concentrated pump light. |
