PURPOSE: A shampoo composition containing Chondrus ocellatus is provided to stabilize shampoo formulation and to prevent dandruff and alopecia. CONSTITUTION: A shampoo composition contains 0.1-30 wt% of Chondrus ocellatus extract as an active ingredient. The shampoo composition contains 0.1-7 wt% of Eclonia cava, 0.1-7 wt% of Acorus calamus L., or 0.1-7 wt% of Camellia teaceac extract. A shampoo composition for formulation stabilization contains the Chondrus ocellatus extract as an active ingredient. A method for manufacturing the shampoo composition comprises a step of extracting Chondrus ocellatus, Eclonia cava, Acorus calamus L., and Camellia teaceac to prepare extract; as tep of forming a soap paste; and a step of preparing the shampoo containing the extract and soap paste.
