PURPOSE: A superheated steam generator, a drying device, and an oil extraction device using the same are provided to enhance the efficiency by generating stable superheated steam with a little electricity because a heater pipe of an inconel material. CONSTITUTION: A superheated steam generator(100) comprises a storing tank(120), a heater pipe(130), a heater box(110), a power supplying unit, and an electrical terminal. The storing tank stores water or steam. The water or steam supplied from the storing tank is heated while moving inside the heater pipe, thereby generating superheated steam. The heater box reuses heat generated in the heater pipe, thereby heating the water or steam stored in the storing tank. The power supplying unit applies power to the heater pipe, thereby converting the water or steam into the superheated steam. The electrical terminal is connected to the power supplying unit, thereby applying the power to the heater pipe. |
