PURPOSE: A noise-less expansion joint structure of a road structure is provided to remarkably reduce shock and noise generated when a vehicle passes through. CONSTITUTION: A noise-less expansion joint structure of a road structure comprises an adhesion prevention plate(20), polymer mortar, an expansion backup material(60), an expansion sealing material(70), and a water leak preventive drain part(80). The adhesion prevention plate is installed on the bottom of an expansion groove part. The expansion groove part is filled with the polymer mortar. The expansion backup material is installed between the separated parts formed on the bottom of the expansion groove part. The expansion sealing material is supported to the expansion backup material. The water leak preventive drain part is inclinedly installed under the expansion backup material.
