APPARATUS FOR SCREENING MATERIALS FOR BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus of screening the raw material for a blast furnace is provided to prevent the deterioration of air permeation in the blast furnace by forming a rectangular hole and being protected from fine iron powder. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) of screening the raw material for a blast furnace includes a moving frame(120), a plurality of grizzly bars(110), a lower frame, and a plurality of lower grizzly bars. The moving frame longitudinally moves. One end parts of the upper grizzly bars are attached to the moving frame. The lower frame is positioned at the lower side of the moving frame. The lower grizzly bars are separated. The gaps of the upper grizzly bars and the lower grizzly bars vary according to the longitudinal movement of the moving frame. The apparatus further includes an upper frame(130). The upper frame is positioned at the upper side of the moving frame and is fixed with the lower frame.
