PURPOSE: A method for processing food and drink, a method for processing seawater to be edible, , a method for purifying water, a method for manufacturing seawater, a method for manufacturing liquor, a method for manufacturing fluidic food, and a method for treating food waste, and a method for generating gas, and a water purifying apparatus for the same are provided to purify polluted seawater or fresh water based on a material explosion action and a material friction action. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying apparatus includes a circular or rectangular filtering container(1). Filtering parts(3 to 5) are arranged at the upper peripheral of the filtering container. A compressive container(76) is arranged at the upper side of the filtering container and is equipped with through holes. The water purifying apparatus includes brushes(99) and a microwave oscillator generating a material friction action and a material explosion action. Harmful components are separated from water based on the material friction action, the material explosion action, and the action of the gravity.
