PURPOSE: A base assembly for a motor and the motor including the same are provided to improve vibration and impact resistance by changing an assembly method of a pulling plate and an insulation unit comprising the base assembly. CONSTITUTION: A base plate(10) includes a coil hole through which a lead-out line of a coil passes. An insulation unit(20) is combined with one side of the base plate and includes a through hole corresponding to the coil hole. A pulling plate(30) is fixed to the base plate and pressurizes the insulation unit. The pulling plate includes a reference unit contacted with the upper side of a protrusion and a bending unit which is bent from one side of the reference unit to the insulation unit.
