PURPOSE: A flowerpot apparatus including a lighting device integrated with a flowerpot body is provided to improve the space utilization inside the flowerpot apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A flowerpot apparatus comprises the following: a lighting device(20) including a lighting source for radiating light toward a flowerpot body, integrated with the flowerpot body to be ascended toward the upper side; plural LEDs forming the lighting source; a coupling device(30) combining the lighting device to the flowerpot body; the flowerpot body formed into a polygon box shape with an opening on the upper side; sliding grooves(31) installed on each edge of the flowerpot body; a sliding bar(32) with one end fitted to the sliding groove, and the other end fixed to the lighting device; a height control device(40) selectively limiting the sliding of the sliding bar; a control box(50) connected to the lighting device using a power and signal cable; and a frame(22) for installing an LED module.
