A method for complex treatment of patients with obstructive pulmonary disease in combination with stable angina comprises the basic therapy of these diseases. Additionally tivortin (L-arginine) is prescribed intravenously and orally, initially intravenous dropwise administration of 100 ml 4.2% tivortin solution 1 per day for 6 days, then orally tivortin-aspartate, 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times daily for 21 days.
