PURPOSE: A high efficiency solar cell using a substrate integrated with an antireflection nano structure and a fabricating method thereof are provided to minimize an reflective amount of light generated due to a refractive index difference between a substrate and air by forming an antireflective nano structure having a cycle or an average distance below an optical wavelength on a substrate of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: An antireflective nano structure(110) is arranged on both sides of a substrate(100) periodically or aperiodically. The antireflective nano structure has a cycle or an average distance below an optical wavelength. A transparent conductive oxide layer(200) is formed on the substrate. A p-i-n type amorphous silicon layer(300) is formed on the transparent conductive electrode layer. A backside reflection layer(400) is formed on the p-i-n type amorphous silicon layer. |
