PURPOSE: A wind power generation device having a blade capable of surface adjustment is provided to increase the rotation number of a rotor by enlarging entire surface of a blade member in a low wind speed. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generation device having a blade capable of surface adjustment comprises a support(100), a wind power generation member(200), a rotor member(300), a blade(400) and a surface controlling member(500). The wind power generation member is installed on the upper of the support. The rotor member is pivotally installed at the leading end side of the wind power generation member. The blade is installed in the side of the rotor member. The surface controlling member is installed on the blade. |
