PURPOSE: A processing method of a cold rolled steel sheet for a vehicle and a cold rolled steel sheet manufactured using the same are provided to obtain improved formability by forming dimples of a fixed shape on a cold rolled steel sheet to secure a constant, low frictional coefficient. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of a cold rolled steel sheet for a vehicle is as follows. A cold rolled steel sheet(1) is prepared. Dimples(10) of a fixed shape with a diameter of 50-200μm are carved on the cold rolled steel sheet using a laser. The density of dimples to the surface area of the cold rolled steel sheet is 1-20%.
