The method envisages recipe components preparation, carrots and white vegetables cutting and frying in vegetable oil, tomato puree and sunflower flour mixing, produced mixture maintenance for sunflower flour swelling, produced mixture and vegetable oil heating, the listed components packing, sealing and sterilisation. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
