FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: drilling bit rolling cutter includes housing with support surfaces and rims the peripheral one of which is equipped with hard-alloy inserts with cylindrical shank and working head. Working head of insert of peripheral rim is made in the form of wedge-type prism located parallel to shank axis provided at least with one groove oriented parallel to shank axis. Each peripheral insert on the side of rolling cutter periphery is equipped with transverse part with projections on outer side, the longitudinal axis of which is located in front plane parallel or at an angle to cutter radius; at that, rims of cutter are provided with longitudinal cylindrical channels interconnected with outer surface of rim by means of slots congruent to outer surface of inserts. ^ EFFECT: use of the proposed technical solution allows increasing rock destruction efficiency, and thus reducing the cost of drilling operations. ^ 3 cl, 7 dwg |
