FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular, to biotechnology. According to the method, cellular material of plants is grown on nutrient media with different composition and properties with the help of the culture of meristematic tissues. At that, growing the planting material is carried out in disposable double-block cartridges made with the valves, with an individual type of the nutrient media enabling to regulate the composition of gas-air mixture, including addition of ethylene, to provide continuous monitoring of the condition and accelerate the process of transfer of the resulting planting material into the soil. The cartridges can be connected to each other in the required quantity in the form of a tape. ^ EFFECT: method provides the increase of planting material yield and stable preservation of varietal characteristics while reducing material and time costs. ^ 2 cl |
