PURPOSE: A non-chemical cleaning apparatus which uses the number of radicals and micro nano bubbles is provided to oxidize all kinds of contaminants into safe water, oxygen, and hydrogen, thereby eliminating harmful materials for protecting a human body by blocking generation of toxic materials. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen generator(110) generates oxygen. An oxygen dissolved water generator(120) generates oxygen dissolved water by concentrating the oxygen created from the oxygen generator. A first cleaning water production/storage part(130) creates hydroxyl radical cleaning water by photo-decomposing the oxygen dissolved water. A first cleaning part(140) cleans an object using the hydroxyl radical cleaning water. A second cleaning water generator(210) creates second cleaning water which includes micro nano bubbles.
