NATURAL CIRCULATION TYPE BIOFILTER DEODORINZING DEVICE FOR REMOVING COMPLEX MALODOR

PURPOSE: A reaction waste liquid circulating type bio filter-based deodorizing apparatus is provided to reduce the concentration of complex bad odor, foreign materials, and toxic materials from a washing type scrubber by continuously eliminating alkaline bad odor gas. CONSTITUTION: A reaction waste liquid circulating type bio filter-based deodorizing apparatus includes a scrubber(10), a bio-filter(20), and a microorganism cultivating tank(31). A reaction waste liquid circulating pipe is further prepared to re-circulate reaction waste liquid to washing liquid for the scrubber. The bio-filter includes a main body, an inlet(12), an outlet(13), and a reaction waste liquid storing tank. The main body includes a spraying nozzle and a microorganisms carrying layer. The inlet is in connection with the outlet of the scrubber and introduces air containing bad odor reduced moisture. A solid-liquid separator is further included in the bio-filter. The solid-liquid separator is in connection with the reaction waste liquid storing tank. Microorganisms are eliminated from the reaction waste liquid at the solid-liquid separator, and the reaction waste liquid is supplied to a washing liquid storing tank. The separating microorganisms are supplied to the microorganism cultivating tank.
