<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate a tray loaded with a battery from a vehicle body only in the case of collision. <P>SOLUTION: A fitting bracket 14 provided in a cross member 15 connected to a rear part of a dashboard lower panel 60 and extending in the vehicle cross direction is fastened to a front frame 31 of the tray 11, which is loaded with the battery 12, by a bolt 59 and a nut 58. Since a front wall 31a of the front frame 31 is formed with a step part 31c formed so that the fastening part is formed larger in thickness than other parts, the tray 11, in a front collision of the vehicle, is about to move forward from the vehicle body under its own inertia, and when the fitting bracket 14 is about to move upward with the dashboard lower panel 60 and the cross member 15 due to a shock in the collision, the bending moment M works to the fastening part and the stress concentrates to the step part 31c and breaks the step part 31c.
