<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting interference of robots, which can detect whether interference caused between robots occurs or not in a short time when two robots operate, and to provide a device for detecting interference. <P>SOLUTION: The device 10 for detecting interference, obtains a posture for each sampling time in the operation of a first multiple joint robot 50a and a second multiple joint robot 50b, compares each posture of the first multiple joint robot 50a with each posture of the second multiple joint robot 50b based on a round-robin system, and detects the interference between postures of the first multiple joint robot 50a and the second multiple joint robot 50b. The device 10 for detecting interference further includes a first sampling time setting part 88 that obtains a distance between the first multiple joint robot 50a and the second multiple joint robot 50b in the operation for each section time tb that is set longer than a reference sampling time ta and sets a sampling time that is used in each section time tb longer than the reference sampling time ta according to the distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
