PURPOSE: A data transmitting circuit is provided to reduce a layout area by transmitting a plurality of data through one data line. CONSTITUTION: A data input unit(10) generates a transmission signal by selecting a voltage level when a power voltage is distributed according to the levels of the first input data and the second input data. A transmission signal is transmitted through a transmission line. A data output unit(20) generates the first output data and the second output data with the same combination as the level combination of the first and second input data by comparing a reference voltage with the voltage level of the transmission signal.
