RNA Aptamer Capable of Binding to Human cyclin T1 Protein and Its Use

PURPOSE: An RNA aptamer which specifically binds to HT1 is provided to supress HIV replication and to develop AIDS therapeutic agent. CONSTITUTION: An RNA oligonucleotide specifically binds to HT1 proteins. The RNA oligonucleotide has a sequence selected sequence numbers 1-9. A HT1 and Cdk9 binding inhibitor contains the oligonucleotide. An HIV proliferation inhibitor contains the RNA oligonucleotide as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating AIDS contains the RNA oligonucleotide as an active ingredient. A microarray for detecting HT1 has a substrate on which RNA oligonucleotide is fixed.
