<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cooker capable of improving a finishing state of cooking without degrading deoiling effect. <P>SOLUTION: This steam cooker 1 including a steam generation heater 52 generating steam, and a steam heater 41 for producing superheated steam by increasing a temperature of the steam generated by the steam generation heater 52, and circulating the steam in a heating chamber 20 for heating, and cooking a heated object F by using the steam supplied into the heating chamber 20, has a first cooking process for cooking the heated object F in a state that supply electric power of the steam generation heater 52 is more than that of the steam heater 41, and a second cooking process for cooking the heated object F in a state that the supply electric power of the steam generation heater 52 is smaller than that of the steam heating heater 41, and the supply electric power of the steam heater 41 in the second cooking process is reduced when the temperature of the heating chamber 20 is high in starting cooking, in comparison with a case when the temperature of the heating chamber 20 is low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
