PURPOSE: A food composition for improving loudness and vital capacity is provided to relax muscle and to relieve chronic fatigue. CONSTITUTION: A food composition for improving loudness and vital capacity contains 45-75 weight parts of magnesium mixture, 25-55 weight parts of malic acid, 0.001-5 weight parts of crude drug extract, and 0.001-5 weight parts of vitamin B_6. The magnesium mixture contains 50-70 weight parts of magnesium sulfate and 10-20 weight parts of magnesium hydroxide. The crude drug extract contains 19.5 weight parts of Saururus Herba, 17.5 weight parts of Plantago formosana, 12.5 weight parts of Taraxaci Herba, 10.5 weight parts of Lonicerae Flos, 7.5 weight parts of green tea leaves, 7.5 weight parts of Glycyrrhizae radix, 7.5 weight parts of Portulaca oleracea L., and 4 weight parts of Panax notoginseng panax. A method for preparing the food composition comprises: a step of putting the ingredients containing magnesium mixture, malic acid, crude drug extract, and vitamin B_6 into a reaction tank(S101); and a step of stirring and stabilizing(S103,S105).
