Disclosed is a window opening and closing device for a vehicle, wherein the amount of deflection of a window member is small. Each of left and right hinges (25) includes a vehicle body-side hinge part (32) affixed to a vehicle body (11), and a window-side hinge part (34) pivotally supported by the vehicle body-side hinge part (32) and affixed to an end (27) in the width direction of a window member (20). The window-side hinge part (34) has an extension (47) extending outward beyond an edge in the width direction of the window member (20). A rear spoiler mounting part (31) is provided in the extension (47) at a position outside the edge in the width direction of the window member (20).
