<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a hysteresis characteristic in a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A hysteresis device 1000 includes: an input signal adjustment section 300 for adding offset voltages corresponding to a plurality of thresholds to an input signal Vin to output adjusted signals Vx; a comparator 10 for outputting a first, binary signal 10a based on the adjusted signals Vx; and a determination section 200 for controlling the input signal adjustment section 300 to switch the offset voltages to the plurality of thresholds, acquiring the first signal 10a every time the offset voltages are switched, and generating a current output signal DET on the basis of the first signal 10a corresponding to the plurality of thresholds and the preceding output signal DET. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
