<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance method in which an elastic film is brought into a stretched state by a stretching member with the peripheral part thereof fixed, a body to be divided is divided with the body pasted to the elastic film to obtain divided individual pieces, and a group of the divided individual pieces can be satisfactorily used for observation, evaluation, and other purposes. <P>SOLUTION: This method for conveying a group of the divided individual pieces includes: a preparation process for preparing a conveyance jig which is formed like a flat plate having a hollowed part at the center thereof, and at least one principle plane of which is used as a pasting part able to be directly or indirectly pasted and fixed to an elastic film; a pasting process for pasting and fixing the pasting part of the conveyance jig to the elastic film so that a group of the divided individual pieces are positioned at the hollowed part; an acquisition process for cutting the elastic film on the outside of the outer peripheral end part of the conveyance jig with the pasting part pasted to the elastic film, and acquiring the inside portion of the cut position as a body to be conveyed; and a conveyance process for conveying the body to be conveyed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
