A power-supply device (110) generates electrical power having a prescribed frequency. A primary self-resonant coil (140) wirelessly transmits electrical power to a secondary self-resonant coil (210) by means of resonance with said secondary self-resonant coil (210) via an electromagnetic field. A power sensor (115) detects electrical power reflected back to the power-supply device (110). A communication device (170) receives the power-reception status of a vehicle (200). Using a pre-obtained relationship between said power-reception status and amount of reflected power and the positional offset of the secondary self-resonant coil (210) with respect to the primary self-resonant coil (140), an ECU (160) estimates said positional offset on the basis of the power-reception status of the vehicle (200) and the amount of reflected power. |
