Provided are sliding structural members capable of achieving good low friction properties. The sliding structural members are a combination such that a DLC film (2) containing hydrogen is disposed on one member (11) from members that slide together and the DLC film (2) disposed on the one member (11) slides against another member (12) with the interposition of a lubricant (3) to which additives in the form of an organic molybdenum compound and a compound containing zinc and sulfur have been added. The root mean square roughness of the surface of the DLC film (2) is between 5 nm and 25 nm, and the hydrogen content of the DLC film (2) is 4.5 to 30 at% (atom%).
