<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time needed for license authentication processing when performing license authentication for multiple computers and prevent unauthorized access to a computer by a third person. <P>SOLUTION: A portable memory 40 including a license management program and a database is connected to an information processing device 11 which is one of multiple information processing devices 11-15 configured to be communicatable with each other thorough a network 16.
