Disclosed is a sampler. A sampler according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a chamber which contains a fluid therein, and which has both ends sealed by a membrane capable of being penetrated; a tube having one side coupled to the chamber and having a hollow interior; and a movable bar which has one end with a tip having a specimen acquiring portion, and which is guided through the hollow interior of the tube and moves such that the tip penetrates through one end of the chamber to enable the specimen acquired by the specimen acquiring portion and the fluid to be mixed to form a diluted solution, and the tip penetrates through the other end of the chamber to discharge the diluted solution at a constant rate from the chamber to the outside.
