摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a carbon-ceramic brake disk is provided to control the flexural strength, thermal conductivity in room temperature, and frictional coefficient of a carbon-ceramic brake disk easily through control each amount of carbon fiber, carbon, silicon, silicon carbide during manufacturing a mixture. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a carbon-ceramic brake disk is as follows. Carbon fiber, carbon, silicon, silicon carbide is mixed as determined amount into a mixture(S11). The mixture is put into a mold and pressed into a molded product(S12). The molded product is sintered(S13). The molded product is worked mechanically(S14). Carbon fiber 35 weight%, carbon 5 weight%, silicon 10 weight%, silicon carbide 50 weight% are mixed into a mixture. Carbon fiber 35 weight%, carbon 15 weight%, silicon 20 weight%, silicon carbide 30 weight% is mixed into a mixture.
