A three-dimensional measurement method based on a wavelet transform comprises the following steps: projecting a black and white stripe image onto an object to be measured, and acquiring a deformed stripe image (2); performing the wavelet transform on the stripe image line by line, and extracting a relative phase distribution map (3); establishing a quality map (4); dividing the relative phase distribution map into two parts according to the quality map (5); performing phase unwrapping on the part with high quality directly (6); performing phase unwrapping on the part with low quality by a blood algorithm (7); obtaining the absolute phase map of the stripe image and computing the three-dimensional information of the object (8).
