PURPOSE: A propeller shaft control device of a vehicle capable of improving the NVH function of the vehicle is provided to reduce the exciting force generated from the propeller shaft system of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A propeller shaft control device of a vehicle comprises the following: a phase angle variation device installed in between the end of an inter deep shaft output shaft(1) and a tandem propeller shaft output for varying the connecting phase angle by the linear displacement; input and output side position sensors measuring the rotation location of the inter deep shaft output shaft; a controller controlling the phase angle variation device using signals obtained from the and output side position sensors; a spline(7) located on the end part of the inter deep shaft output shaft; a sleeve(9) inserted into the spline for the linear movement; an output flange installed to spirally moved by the sleeve by being inserted into the sleeve after forming a helical guide rail, and combined with the tandem propeller shaft; a linear displacement providing unit installed to move the sleeve in the linear-motion along to the longitudinal direction of the spline; a fork(15) transferring the linear movement to the sleeve; and an actuator(17) moving the fork along to the longitudinal direction of the spline.
