<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage board having excellent durability, heat insulating performance, and workability, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The heat storage board 10 includes: a first plate material 102 made of thermoplastic resin; and a second plate material made of thermoplastic resin opposing the first plate material made of thermoplastic resin. By adhering peripheral edges of the both with each other, a sealed hollow part is formed thereinside. The first plate material made of thermoplastic resin has a plurality of recessed parts 110 on the outer surface side thereof to project to the inner surface side. Each of the plurality of recessed parts has an abutting flat part at the tip end thereof. By the abutting flat part being abutted and welded on the second plate material made of thermoplastic resin, an annular rib extending between the both plate materials is formed, and a heat storage agent is filled in the sealed hollow part. The heat storage board 10 further includes a planar heating element. The planar heating element is press-fitted with the second plate material made of thermoplastic resin through the thermoplastic resin therearound in a form of being embedded in the second plate material made of thermoplastic resin from the outer surface side of the second plate material made of thermoplastic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
