摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device with excellent display quality, capable of narrowing a frame and suppressing generation of flicker. <P>SOLUTION: An array substrate 1 in the liquid crystal display device includes: a plurality of signal lines; a plurality of scan lines G; a plurality of pixels; a first drive circuit; and a second drive circuit. The plurality of pixels each include a thin film transistor. A display area includes a plurality of divided areas divided in a row direction X. Channel area CS of the thin film transistors in the plurality of pixels connected to the plurality of scan lines G of odd-numbered rows is the smallest in the divided area closest to the first drive circuit and gradually becomes larger along the divided areas far from the first drive circuit.
