<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for forming a cut-off part of a folded-plate roof material, capable of stably forming the cut-off part at a groove bottom part of a water upper side end part and crest part half bodies on both sides thereof without taking time or labor in processing even for the folded-plate roof material of high strength and a complicated shape. <P>SOLUTION: The jig includes a pressing part 1, a bottom part 2 and a pair of projection parts 3 and 3 provided on both outer sides of the pressing part 1. By making the pressing part 1 and the bottom part 2 face each other, an insertion gap 4 for inserting the groove bottom part of the water upper side end part is formed. The projection parts 3 and 3 are positioned on the surface side of the crest part half body in the state of inserting the groove bottom part of the water upper side end part to the insertion gap 4. Further, the projection parts 3 and 3 are formed to be abutted to the surface of the crest part half body when bending and raising the groove bottom part of the water upper side end part inserted to the insertion gap 4 to the surface side of the folded-plate roof material by turning the pressing part 1 and the bottom part 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
