<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock structure between a terminal metal fitting and a resin component which can prevent a tip of a metallic lance from abrading resin when the metallic lance is elastically recovered. <P>SOLUTION: A metallic lance 41B is formed by cutting and raising one portion of a terminal metal fitting 40, and is shaped to gradually project laterally from the tip side in the insertion direction to a cavity 11 toward the rear side. A lock face 31 expanding at an approximately right angle with respect to the removal direction of the terminal metal fitting 40 from the cavity 11 is formed on a wall face of the cavity 11, and the tip of the metallic lance 41B is locked on the lock face 31. Of the wall face of the cavity 11, a portion ranging from a contacted part 32 with which the metallic lance 41B is brought into elastic contact to the lock face 31 at a stage in the middle of insertion of the terminal metal fitting 40 to the cavity 11 is formed by one mold pin 60, and a portion continuing from the contacted part 32 to the lock face 31 is a chamfered part 33 having a chamfered shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
